Almond and Vanilla Cream
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 100 ml almond syrup
Preparation:
Pour the cream, vanilla sugar and syrup into a cream whipper. Screw on 1 Cream Charger and go for it!
Caramel Cream
Ingredients:400 ml heavy cream100 ml caramel sauceAdd to shopping list
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients into a cream charger and you’re in business.
Serving suggestion:
Goes superbly with ice cream: per serving, fill 1 cone with Caramel Cream and arrange on a chilled plate with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. For example, garnish with forest berries.
Tip:
Caramel Cream also makes coffee or pudding a treat!
Cinnamon Cream
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml cinnamon syrup
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper. Screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Cinnamon Cream tastes delicious on hot amaretto!
